Aufbau eines Teams von Operation Experts, um die Produktumsetzung voranzutreiben
Schaffung eines Arbeitsumfelds, das die Motivation des Teams fördert, die Zusammenarbeit unterstützt und Chapter-Meetings sowie den Wissensaustausch ermöglicht
Aufbau, Verbesserung und Vereinheitlichung von Chapter-Assets und -Governance im Einklang mit den Aufgaben des Chapters
Übernahme der Verantwortung für die Einstellung neuer Mitarbeiter: innen und die Verwaltung ihres Arbeitspensums sowie für die Planung des Chapter-Budgets
Führung, Management und Weiterentwicklung der Chapter-Mitglieder
Förderung agiler Denkweisen und Funktion als agiler Change Agent Dein Profil
Was du mitbringen solltest.
Umfangreiche Erfahrung in der Entwicklung, von Operation Prozesses
Hervorragende Fähigkeiten zur Führung, Entwicklung und Motivation von Teams und Einzelpersonen
Hohes Maß an Selbstwahrnehmung und Fähigkeit zur Selbstreflexion
Verständnis von agilen Führungsprinzipien sowie Erfahrung in Führung, Coaching und Mentoring
Sehr gute Präsentations-, Kommunikations
- und Networking-Fähigkeiten sowie sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
