**Gruppenleiter Site Acquisition - Südwest (m/w/d) für Vantage Towers**

Du bringst eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit? Du zeichnest Dich durch ein ausgezeichnetes Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen aus? Dann werde Teil unseres Teams als Group Lead Site Acquisition (m/w/d). In Deiner Rolle nutzt Du Deine Erfahrungen im Bereich Prozessmanagement und unterstützt uns beim Infrastrukturausbau der Vantage Towers Germany.

**Das sind Deine Herausforderungen**:

- Du verantwortest die personelle und fachliche Steuerung der zentralen Projektierung.
- Du reportest regelmäßig dem Abteilungsleiter.
- Du beurteilst und priorisierst divergierender Anforderungen strategischer und operativer Stakeholder:innen.
- Du koordinierst bereichs
- und abteilungsübergreifende Aufgaben und Verantwortungen punktuell auch auf Group-Level.
- Du führst, organisierst und steuerst bereichsübergreifende Gremien und Steering Committees.

**Das bringst Du mit**:

- Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Berufsausbildung sowie mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Telekommunikation oder angrenzenden Industrien
- Exzellente analytische Fähigkeiten, unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln sowie Kostenbewusstsein
- Kenntnisse im Bereich Prozessmanagement
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1 nach GER)

Diese Stelle kann in Vollzeit oder vollzeitnaher Teilzeit (mind. 30 Stunden) ausgeübt werden.
