**Your challenge**:
As our Senior Corporate Communications Manager you will shape and implement the global corporate communications strategy focused on engaging key media and further stakeholders to promote, strengthen and protect Taxfix’s business and brand.

Reporting to the Communications Lead you will work closely with the Taxfix leadership team and with other stakeholders across the company - Country Management, Brand, Product & Performance Marketing, Creative Studio and Legal, among others - to drive thought leadership, c-level positioning, crisis preparedness, reputational management as well as supporting government relations.

With a primary focus on Germany, whilst supporting our other markets, you will lead our strategic corporate communications agency, use success metrics and set KPIs to continuously optimise your corporate comms initiatives in order to deliver on our business and brand goals.

**Your responsibilities**:

- In line with the brand & communication strategy develop and implement Taxfix’ corporate comms strategy working closely with our strategic corporate comms agency
- Create our corporate comms messaging architecture and narratives to further push Taxfix positioning as a leading European Fintech
- Develop and implement a corporate campaign plan based on data, market, industry and customer insights for Germany and - supporting the international PR Manager - for potentially other markets
- Write Press Releases, media pitches, LinkedIn posts and other PR materials on a day-to-day basis
- Develop and execute a thought leadership and LinkedIn strategic plan in close collaboration with the Taxfix Leadership team
- Regularly place Taxfix spokespersons at relevant industry conferences and create innovative talks and presentations together with our Senior Leaders.
- Monitor and handle corporate press office requests and issue responses
- Continuously build up your strong network of corporate, financial and business media contacts in Germany
- Work closely with our Public Affairs team recognising politically relevant topics and how to use them in corporate communications
- Follow up on KPIs, regularly report on success, and iterate to maximise the impact of initiatives

**Your profile**:

- You know how to create engaging communications campaigns and narratives that resonates with the media
- You have at least +6 years experience working in PR & Communications and +2 years working in a Senior Corporate Communications Manager position, preferably in a scale-up, corporate or agency - experience in Fintech/Finance is a plus
- You are experienced in working closely with Senior Leaders and have a proven track record of building up thought leadership initiatives and c-level positioning
- You are a communicator through and through with excellent interpersonal skills and a high capacity to collaborate with internal teams as well as external partners
- You are a team player with an entrepreneurial mindset who is result-oriented and likes to work in an empowering environment
- You take initiative to make things happen, you are creative and your strategic thinking guides your decisions
- You have strong organisational, project management and prioritisation skills
- You have native-level communication skills in German and excellent communication skills in English
