Upway is the leading platform selling refurbished e-bikes in Europe and the US. In two years, we have given a new life to over 20,000 e-bikes, and we are continuing to grow fast Germany has now become our largest market, and we are hiring an Operations associate to join the launch of the second German Upcenter in Düsseldorf. The Operations team’s role is to build and improve our processes in order to offer a seamless customer experience. This includes the inbound and check-in of bikes bofore the mechanics refurbish them and the preparation until shipping them to consumers and managing after-sales support. Our goal is to build the most efficient, highest-quality and safest operation at scale, so we can refurbish over 1 million German e-bikes in the next 10 years

In zwei Jahren haben wir über 20.000 E-Bikes ein neues Leben geschenkt, und wir wachsen weiter schnell Deutschland ist mittlerweile unser größter Markt, und wir stellen einen Mitarbeiter für den Bereich Operations ein, der die Eröffnung des zweiten deutschen Upcenters in Düsseldorf begleitet. Die Aufgabe des Operations-Teams ist es, unsere Prozesse zu entwickeln und zu verbessern, um unseren Kunden ein nahtloses Erlebnis zu bieten. Dazu gehören der Eingang und der Check-in der Fahrräder, bevor sie von den Mechanikern aufgearbeitet werden, sowie die Vorbereitung bis zum Versand an die Kunden und die Verwaltung des Kundendienstes. Unser Ziel ist es, den effizientesten, qualitativ hochwertigsten und sichersten Betrieb in der Größenordnung aufzubauen, damit wir in den nächsten 10 Jahren über 1 Million deutsche E-Bikes überholen können
