**About the role**:
As our Recruiter (all genders), you will be instrumental in attracting and securing top-tier talent, playing a crucial role in shaping the future of buycycle. We are seeking someone who thinks beyond traditional Talent Acquisition and brings fresh, innovative ideas to the table. **Your responsibilities**:

- You will independently manage the entire recruitment cycle, ensuring that we attract the best talent, from the initial planning stage to the final offer.
- You serve as a trusted advisor to our Hiring Managers, driving impactful talent acquisition strategies that contribute to both hiring and retention.
- You play a pivotal role in the strategic development and implementation of our recruitment initiatives, ensuring that we stay ahead of the curve.
- You keep a close eye on the talent market, understand emerging trends, and translate these insights into actionable recruitment strategies.
- You actively contribute to our employer branding efforts, positioning us as an employer of choice in the industry.

**About you**:

- You have a proven track record in talent acquisition, with several years experience across agency, startup, and in-house recruiting environments.
- You are skilled at using data to inform recruitment strategies, forecast hiring needs, and optimise the recruitment process.
- You demonstrate the ability to manage the full spectrum of roles, from entry-level to senior leadership positions, across various functions.
- You are eager to be an integral part of our People Team, where everyone takes ownership of their areas while consistently working together as a cohesive unit.
