As a Operational Excellence Expert in Excellence.ON team you will support and lead high impact projects designed to introduce and sustain business improvements based on your expertise in Lean and Agile or Systemic Change.

**As **Operational Excellence Expert** (f/m/d) in Excellence.ON team you will**:

- drive the impact of the Excellence.ON approach based on Lean management, Systemic change and Agile practices, mindset and methods. Within this framework you will work in projects and run interventions enabling the organization to continuously improve and better cope with our fast-changing environment, actively work with systemic patterns and build new leadership styles
- lead 'Rapid Response’ interventions in ongoing business transformations to solve specific business problems and mentor local businesses on continuous improvement culture
- act as an ambassador for Excellence.ON by being a trainer and coach for operational leadership and teams in order to build capabilities in lean, agile and change and develop high performing teams with growth mindset and behaviours

**What you should bring to the role**:

- Relevant professional experience of min. 3 years as an expert in the area of Lean Management. Additionally experience with Agile or Systemic Change methods will be a big plus
- Corresponding degree of seniority, gravitas, confident manner and the ability to communicate effectively on different levels within the organisation while exhibiting high intercultural sensibility
- High willingness to develop others and bring customer teams to the next level
- Proven trainer, coaching and mentoring skills; experienced in digital learning and training in online formats
- Relevant externally acknowledged (trainer) certification in the area of Lean. Agile or Systemic Change certification will be a strong additional asset.
- Strong business acumen, together with high analytical, conceptual and problem-solving skills
- Business and trainer fluency in English and sound knowledge of German
- Willingness to travel and work on international projects
