Our Business Excellence & Transformation Team offers a wide range of consultancy services alongside the three pillars of operational excellence, process excellence and transformation & change. It’s key objective is to support the different internal business functions in continuously improving their effectiveness and efficiency as well as innovating into new areas. As such the team plays a major role in fostering a culture of sustainable change and development to enable RWE Supply & Trading GmbH's success in the here and now and in the ongoing energy transition.

In your role as (Senior) Business Transformation Expert you will make a difference to trading domains, support functions, projects, processes and strategies. With an agile mind-set and a systemic approach to making long-lasting impact, you will positively challenge the status-quo, derive tailor made improvement measures and support the functions in achieving their ambitions.

You will engage in job responsibilities such as the following:

- Collaborate with customers on all hierarchy levels to align on goals & objectives for improvement initiatives
- Lead, steer and facilitate improvement and transformation initiatives (e.g. team improvement, organisational transformation, E2E process management, etc.)
- Support our customers identify core challenges and develop, evaluate and implement solutions (e.g. via Design Thinking, creative problem solving, prototyping, etc.)
- Train, coach and challenge business stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to foster a Continuous Improvement mindset and to develop competencies that support their specific context (e.g. Agile, Lean & Change practices)
- Foster client engagement to ensure a sustainable implementation of changes
- Identify and implement new trends to further develop our business excellence & transformation approach (e.g. relevant new practices, digital solutions and supporting tools)
- Act as ambassador and role model for Business Excellence and Continuous Improvement for RWE Supply & Trading GmbH and #TeamRWE

**Your powerful skills**
You are excited about the opportunity described above, are proficient in hands on consulting and bring along a solid background and expertise in at least one of the three pillars of the Business Excellence and Transformation team - Operational Excellence, Process Excellence and Transformation & Change:

- Proven experience of hands-on change, transformation, continuous improvement implementation in complex and international organisational settings
- Ability to improve the E2E value chain to support operational excellence within a business unit
- Good understanding of the relevance of digital solutions and their potential in improving and transforming a data and information driven business
- Experience in coaching teams to adopt new structures / ways of working and in supporting leaders creating conditions for the new setup to prosper
- Expertise in designing & facilitating workshops and trainings
- Excellent communication & presentation skills and profound project management and consultancy capabilities as well as proactive problem solving skills
- Outstanding people & leadership skills and the ability to engage, influence and convince all levels of the organisation and build mutually trustful customer relationships
- Fluent in German and English

**Advantageous, but not a must**
- Qualification in a major agile framework
- Professional qualifications as coach / trainer / facilitator
- Lean / Six Sigma certification or comparable process engineering qualification
- Work experience in Trading / Finance industry
