The **Multi-Property Sales Executive Munich** is a confident support for the Regional Sales team and is a buzzy point of contact between customers and hotels.

WHAT?

You will utilize sales research, prospecting client facing techniques, and administrative tasks, to maximize revenue and build customer loyalty.

YOUR ROLE
- **Build successful relationships that generate sales opportunities**
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers.
- Work collaboratively with off-property sales channels to ensure sales efforts are coordinated, complementary and not duplicated.
- Manage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- **Manage Sales activities**
- Participate in sales calls to acquire new business and/or close on business.
- Activities include sales calls, entertainment, FAM trips, trade shows, etc.
- Execute and support the operational aspects of business booked (e.g., generating proposal, writing contract, customer correspondence)
- Establish and maintain complete and up-to-date lead response information
- Generate and organize sales reports using multiple data systems
- Create sales presentations, injecting your personality and Moxy culture.
- Provide sales program/event coordination, reporting support, and/or general administrative support, as needed.
- **Use knowledge of market trends and target customer information to maximize revenue**
- Identify new business to achieve personal and location revenue goals
- Continuously research competitor properties to obtain market and rate intelligence and an understanding of business trends, the competition and their key accounts.
- Serve the customer by understanding their business, business issues and concerns, to offer better business solution.
- **Provide exceptional customer service**
- Support the company's service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.
- Service our customers in order to grow share of the account.
- Interact with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Preferred minimum of 2 years’ experience in hotels either in Sales and Marketing, Group Reservations, Guest Services, or Front Desk
