Ssbi- Markets Outsourcing Officer

As part of SSBI Chief Administration Officer team for State Street Markets, this position will be responsible for assisting in overseeing the administration of this business structure, especially in relation to SSBI Outsourcing requirements. The role will be primarily responsible for Outsourcing Oversight, focused on the completion of a variety of activities:
- Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Outsourcing topics for State Street Markets team in SSBI. This includes regular touchpoints with the SSBI Outsourcing Office, Compliance, etc and acting as a main point of contact for Outsourcing questions across all Markets business areas in SSBI- Provision of Outsourcing related training to State Street Markets Business in SSBI (training on Outsourcing Policy and Standard updates, regulatory updates, etc.)- Acting as a main point of contact for internal and external reviews conducted for Outsourcing topics (e.g. monitoring & testing conducted by Outsourcing Office, Internal / External Auditors’ reviews)- Administration of SSBI Markets evidence related to Outsourcing (e.g. SLAs, meeting minutes, meeting decks, Outsourcing procedures)- SLA and ORAD recertification co-ordination (e.g. reviewing the documents for compliance with internal Outsourcing requirements, providing SME/Outsourcing expertise on the components within the documents (e.g. Risk Assessment), setting up meetings, tracking progress)- Performance of checks aimed at ensuring quality and compliance of SSBI Markets with Outsourcing requirements- Maintenance of State Street Markets outsourcing inventory for SSBI- Following up on action items in relation to issues, incidents, concerns related to Outsourcing governance, administration of issues or incidents related to Outsourcing governance in Archer- Co-ordination for GTRA/ NBPRA/ DMC on specific Outsourcing questions with respective Business Heads- There will also be an opportunity to get involved in wider business initiatives for State Street Markets in SSBI and the role will provide good exposure to SSBI Markets, Business Risk Management, Compliance, etc.
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of work experience in banking, trading or asset management- Regulatory knowledge around EBA guidelines on outsourcing arrangements is preferred but not mandatory- Excellent analytical skills, fast learner, ability to identify challenges and propose solutions- High degree of pragmatism with a solution-oriented approach- Strong team player - able & interested in working in an international environment- Proven ability to work under pressure and independently- Ability to act with a sense of urgency for completing and following through on tasks; resolves challenges in a timely manner- Ability to hold others accountable for delivery and follow through on commitments- Excellent verbal/written communication skills, and interpersonal skills- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, MS Project- Proficient in English
