Omio for Business (O4B) seeks a strategic leader to drive its growth and expansion. As the Owner of O4B’s P&L, you will shape its strategy, validate its market fit, and scale operations to create a best-in-class travel solution. Your leadership will unify cross-functional teams across Product, Design, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Services, ensuring seamless execution and impact.

**Responsibilities**:
- Define and execute a high-growth strategy for O4B with full P&L ownership.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver commercial, product, and operational success.
- Drive profitable growth through strategic partnerships and data-driven decisions.
- Develop and prioritise the feature roadmap for maximum engagement and retention.
- Optimise key performance metrics to improve efficiency and business value.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and results-driven execution.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience scaling and leading B2B platforms or marketplaces.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of owning P&L and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- The data-driven mindset with the ability to simplify complex challenges.
- Experience in high-growth tech, marketplace, or travel industries.
- An MBA or similar qualification is a plus.
