**Meine Aufgaben**
- Anlegen von Verträgen im System, Durchführung von Änderungen und Pflege der Stammdaten
- Fachliche Unterstützung des Asset Owner bei der Erstellung von Konzepten
- Sie dienen als Schnittstelle und fachlicher Ansprechpartner für Prüfungen
- Arbeit im Projekt auch im internationalen Kontext
- Erstellung und Verarbeitung von Reports
- Bearbeitung von Richtlinien, Arbeitsanweisungen und Prozessdokumentationen, um das Risiko von Feststellungen bei internen und externen Kontrollen gering zu halten

**Meine Qualifikationen**
- Idealerweise abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium und / oder Kaufmännische Ausbildung mit fachspezifischen Zusatzqualifikationen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Umfassende Vertragsadministrationskenntnisse
- Vertiefte Kenntnisse der IT-Systemlandschaft im CoE Procurement & Payments
- Fließende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
