As a Junior / Mid-Level UX Researcher (M/F/d) you will collaborate with a team of other researchers, creating and executing diverse research investigations that shape new innovation concepts and drive a user-centred development process. You will always be supervised by a team leader who supports you in your tasks and personal growth to ensure that you can improve, discover new techniques and develop skills. We live the motto: build - measure - learn.**YOUR EXPERIENCE IS WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- First experience running user studies is welcome but your great interest in the variety of quantitative (& additionally qualitative) research methods and practices is even more important
- Knowledge about different UX research methods in theory and desire to put them into practice through surveys, interviews or other methodologies
- Hands-on, enthusiastic, and always willing to look into processes and user needs to work out valuable insights
- Enjoy working collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, taking on different roles that also involve responsibility and serve as a sparring partner between Researchers and UX Designers
- Prepared to compile results in written form, visualize them and, if necessary, present them in various project teams
- Ability to flexibly work across multiple projects
- Having empathy and a flexible mindset
- Interested, or even already experienced, in topics of the financial world
- Fluency in German and full professional proficiency in English

**IT’S ALSO NICE TO HAVE**:

- A degree in Psychology, Market Research, UX Research, Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science, or a related field
- Having knowledge of descriptive and inferential statistics
- Experience in working with multidisciplinary project teams
- Interest in international/cross-cultural studies
