In Germany, Wolt Market is our own grocery delivery store concept — designed to make high-quality grocery shopping fast, convenient, and reliable.

As we continue to scale Wolt Market across Germany, we are now looking for a Head of Supply Chain & Expansion to lead one of the most critical areas of our business. This role will be responsible for building and optimizing our supply chain while driving our geographical expansion strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams — including operations, category, content, and product — to ensure we deliver the best possible experience to our customers, every day. **What you'll be doing**:

- Define and execute the supply chain strategy for Wolt Market Germany, from supplier to shelf
- Lead the expansion roadmap, including identifying new locations and launching new stores
- Optimize logistics, warehousing, and replenishment processes to ensure product availability and operational efficiency
- Manage relationships with key suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate closely with central and local teams across operations, category, content product, and finance
- Build and lead a high-performing team across supply chain and expansion functions
- Use data to monitor performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards throughout the supply chain

**Our humble expectations**:

- You have 6+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, operations, or expansion — ideally in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Proven track record of leading complex projects, building scalable operational processes, and delivering significant improvements in quality and cost KPIs
- Strong leadership experience — you've built and managed high-performing teams and know how to lead through both strategy and execution
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with data to inform decisions
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners
- Excellent communication skills in English; German is a strong plus
- You're hands-on, solution-oriented, and comfortable moving between strategic thinking and operational execution
- Experience in retail, grocery, or e-commerce is a strong advantage
