YOU ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT
- Disciplinary and technical leadership, further development and coaching of Team members
- Budget and resource planning for the responsible products, services
- Design, Implement and Monitor KPIs to control the workload within the team
- Collecting of customer requirements and evaluation in close cooperation with the business department, the development department and project management
- In-house consulting together with process experts and process teams using agile methods (e.g. SCRUM)
- Control of requirement management (including backlog redefinition) and evaluation of process analyses (fit/gap)
- On-site support at customer sites within the scope of the migration project and, if required, during user trainings

YOU AND US - THE PERFECT MATCH
- Several years of expertise in a leading position in Application Management
- Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration or comparable education with first professional experience in IT
- Knowledge of ERP Systems (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 FO)
- Knowledge of the respective processes/sub-processes
- Technical and methodological skills in support, documentation and project management
- Confident, strong communication skills and enjoyment of customer contact
- Business fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel
