The Digital Marketplace department serves as a strategic expansion engine for C&A. Through partnerships with established online retailers such Amazon and Zalando we extend our market reach and unlock a broader, untapped consumer base for the C&A Brand. As an Intern Planner Assistant within our merchandising digital team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of online product strategies. You will have the opportunity to learn about demand forecasting, inventory management, and data-driven decision-making in a dynamic e-commerce environment. **Your Responsibilities At C&A**: - Research industry trends, customer preferences, and emerging market demands to guide assortment decisions - Collaborate with the merchandising team to identify underperforming products and make recommendations for potential delisting or promotions - Monitor competitor marketplace sellers to gather information on their product offerings, pricing strategies, and promotions - Create comparative analysis reports to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the organization's assortment in relation to competitors - Track and monitor the progress of supply orders from order placement to delivery. - Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, operations, and product data teams to align strategies and ensure a cohesive customer experience **What We Expect Of You**: - Currently enrolled student in Business Administration, eCommerce, Fashion Merchandising, Marketing or similar fields - Strong attention to detail and passion for maintaining high-quality online product presentations - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights - Enthusiastic and eager to learn about digital retail operations **At C&A You Can Look Forward To**: - An exciting job in an international and inspirational working environment at one of Europe’s leading fashion brands - Participation in the "Young Professional Community" program with events and tips and tricks for the start of your career and beyond - The option to balance your time between home and office (hybrid working) - In addition, you will enjoy attractive discounts including a public transport travel pass C&A fosters equal opportunity for people of all backgrounds and identities.
