- Herausfordernde sektorübergreifende Projekte im chancenreichen Arbeitsumfeld einer internationalen M&A-Beratungsorganisation

**Ihr Profil**:

- Fortgeschrittenes Bachelor
- oder Master-Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eines wirtschaftsnahen Studiums
- Idealerweise erste Berufs
- oder Praxiserfahrung im Bereich M&A, Corporate Finance oder Strategy, z.B. bei Investmentbanken, Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaften, Finanzinvestoren oder Unternehmensberatungen
- Ausgeprägte Teamorientierung und Kommunikationsfähigkeit
- Gewissenhafte, engagierte, selbständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Affinität zu digitalen Themen und routinierter Umgang mit IT (MS Office, etc.)
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Mitarbeit in M&A- und Fundraising Projekten
- Analyse von Jahresabschlüssen sowie eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Unternehmens-, Markt
- und Wettbewerbsanalysen
- Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Transaktionsdokumenten, wie z.B. Long/Short Lists, Teaser, Informationsmemoranden, Management-Präsentationen, etc.
- Erstellung & Validierung von Businessplänen sowie Anwendung verschiedener Bewertungsverfahren
- Unterstützung und Einbindung in Marketingaktivitäten, wie z.B. Mitarbeit bei der Mandatsgewinnung im Rahmen dedizierter Sektorteams von Global M&A Partners
