Are you up for the challenge? We're looking for a **Director of Customer Success** **(f/m/d)** to lead our customer success team. This is a senior level and high impact management position that is critical to our growth strategy. As a leader you will shape our ecosystem and make hospitality companies successful on the platform.

**What You'll Be Up To**:

- You will set the overall vision and strategic planning for the customer success organization in order to drive platform success and an increase in revenues.
- You build and lead a world class organization of onboarding specialists, customer success managers, support team members, and solution architects.
- You define and optimize the customer experience for our mid-market and enterprise customers by driving programs and initiatives to increase engagement and stickiness.
- You will work closely with leadership peers in business development, marketing, and product, to drive the company-wide strategy and targets.
- You will define and monitor customer and partner success related KPIs.
- Bonus: You will develop the channel partner success (reseller) and software partner success organizations.

**Your skills**:

- You have experience leading and growing customer success organisation in B2B SaaS context, and a deep understanding of sales & post-sale methodologies.
- You are experienced at setting vision and strategy, translating it into actionable initiatives and tracking successful outcomes.
- You have the acumen and expertise to build a top-in-class customer experience.
- You are able to lead with courage and to master hard decisions and trade-offs in order to change the direction of your team and the whole organization.
- You are able to hire and nurture diverse, top talent into the customer success organization.
- You can inspire and motivate team members and other parts of the organization.
