For our fast-growing business in new markets, commodities and services, we are currently looking for a smart, analytically skilled and communicative individual to join our Data Science team in Karlsruhe.

You will develop your own ideas and contribute significantly to our products. To do so, you will work together with our experienced analyst team to receive support and to have challenging discussions about your project and analysis.

As a leading research and prognosis provider we have access to a wide range of data and optimization tools. Furthermore, we have highly skilled analysts that help you get started and provide valuable insights.

Main responsibilities- Modelling of the European electricity market- Obtaining in-depth knowledge of the European electricity market- Supporting the data science team in analysing and developing automated data routines- Analysing input data and model results and make suggestions for improvement

Key skills- Interest in electricity markets, market analysis and forecasting- High level of interest in learning new modelling techniques- Analytical mindset, critical thinking, and high engagement- Good communication skills in German and English- Experience in programming in e.g. Python, MATLAB, etc.
