- As Regional Business Development Teamlead (M/F/d), you will be responsible for the operational management of our Business Development team for the Iberia & International Markets regions. You are not only the organizer and motivator for your team, but also the central interface between our partners, customers and internal departments. Together, you will ensure that our solutions conquer new markets and that our customer relationships continue to grow.

- Salary: € 70,000 gross/year (depending on qualifications and experience with willingness to pay significantly more)
- - ** Your tasks**:
- Operational management and further development of the regional sales team
- Active involvement in shaping our international sales strategy
- Control and optimization of sales processes in the assigned region
- Close cooperation with our external partners and internal stakeholders
- Responsibility for target achievement, forecasting and pipeline management
- Supporting the team with complex sales cases and strategic deals
- Regular reporting to the management team-
- **Your qualifications**:
- Completed studies with a focus on sales / business development and several years of professional experience
- Initial management experience of international (remote) teams an advantage, ideally in the software/fiscalization/POS industry
- High IT affinity and enthusiasm for software solutions
- Business fluent in Spanish and English (C1), other languages an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, coupled with empathy and a sense of responsibility
- Analytical thinking and entrepreneurial action
