Are you a native or fluent Czech speaker with a passion for language, creativity, and AI? Position: AI Prompt Evaluator
Location: Essen, Germany (On-site)
Employment Type: Full-time

What You'll Do:
Research, write, and edit creative prompts aligned with brand guidelines
Develop natural and engaging conversation flows across diverse topics
Work with sensitive and challenging content to enhance AI dialogue quality
Review and analyze prompts for accuracy, clarity, and style
Generate new prompt ideas and evaluate AI responses for relevance
Ensure tone and messaging align with the brand's voice and audience

What We're Looking For:
Native/fluent Czech speaker (C1 level) with excellent written & spoken skills
Fluent in English (B2 level)
Bachelor's degree required
Strong command of language, grammar, and writing style
Creative thinker with the ability to design innovative dialogue prompts
Analytical mindset with experience using feedback to refine content
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Excellent communication skills and ability to simplify complex ideas
Comfortable working with potentially sensitive or controversial topics
