UX / UI Designer (F/m/d)

**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**:
As a UX /UI Designer (M/F/d) you are part of a growing team in our product area. You will work closely with the Product Manager and Engineering Manager to continuously develop our product. Through sound product discovery, you ensure that we do the right things and that they are visualized in the right way.
- You work with the Product Manager to develop all user journeys and create personas.
- You conduct user research, drive the product discovery pocess and are a central part of the community of practice with a focus on design.
- You will independently lead design initiatives, carry out usability tests, create mockups and test prototypes with the various stakeholders.
- You support the Product Manager in scoping and work closely with the development team on the implementation of designs.
- You are responsible for the UI design and are key stakeholder in the development of the LOFINO product strategy.

**WHAT SETS YOU UP FOR SUCCESS**:

- You have a degree in UX or UX/UI design or another comparable creative field such as media/graphic design or computer science.
- You have at least 5-8 years of professional experience in UX / UI design.
- You have demonstrable experience in the field of user experience and in the design of digital products.
- You already work with Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD, other tools such as Confluence, Whimsical or Lyssna and Userlytics are an advantage.
- You are fluent in German and English.
- You are creative, enjoy working in a team, are very structured & organized and show initiative as well as strong conceptual skills.
- You have a lot of practical experience in Usertesting, AB-Testing, Prototyping, etc. and deep knowledge of market research methods.
