About the role

**Your core tasks**:

- Concept development and UX/UI-design for our upcoming brand projects as website infrastructure
- Conceptualize and design wireframes and clickable prototypes to clearly communicate the information architecture and intended interaction behaviors
- Turn wireframes into polished designs, including designing functional icons, typography and animated transitions
- Plan and execute user research and usability testing to identify user needs, goals and preferences and collect feedback to incorporate into designs and share with your team and stakeholders
- Coaching of our creative interns and student trainees as well as assistance in recruiting resources to expand the creative team

**Your profile**:

- Degree/Diploma in Human Computer Interaction or related design field, or equivalent experience in UI & UX Design
- At least 4/5 years of experience in UX & UI Design
- You can put yourself in the mind of the customer
- Experience in prototyping, creating clickable wireframes and designing delightful user interfaces
- Solid knowledge of and experience with user-centered design process, design research and testing methodologies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills & ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including presenting your designs and selling your solutions to top-level management
- Experience defining and rolling out design guidelines, best practices and standards
- Familiar with current UX & UI trends, techniques & technologies
- Proficiency with tools such as adobe creative cloud, figma
- Experience with agile and/or lean methodologies
- Demonstrated teamwork, innovation, creativity and eagerness to challenge existing paradigms
- Fluency in English and at least C1 level German
