In the team Capital Management Solutions we are responsible for acquisition, structuring and pricing of special reinsurance solutions with a financially motivated background. This business area with customized solutions is of utmost relevance for the economic success in our core markets in Central Europe, Scandinavia and Israel. We would like to further increase the importance of these solutions and expand our leading market position with the focus on health insurance markets. Therefore we are looking for a highly motivated and technically skilled person with first experience in the pricing of Life and Health reinsurance to strengthen our existing activities with expertise and creativity. You will work in an extremely qualified and highly motivated team within a business unit that is fully committed to agile project and business management.

**Your tasks**:

- Work closely with Client Managers, Pricing Actuaries and clients to develop and acquire financially motivated reinsurance solutions
- Support Client Managers in the analysis of the individual client situation under different metrices (Solvency II, local and international accounting standards)
- Developing tailored reinsurance solutions as part of the team
- Structuring and pricing of financially motivated life & health reinsurance contracts
- Internal interface management with risk management and accounting departments
- Preparation of the MR-internal decision process for concrete opportunities
- Monitoring of the business development and derivation of measures

**Your profile**:

- Business fluent communication (verbal and written) in English
- Very good university degree with mathematical focus; excellent conceptual and analytical skills
- Several years of professional experience in life and/or health insurance or reinsurance
- Practical experience in pricing life and/or health reinsurance contracts
- Experience in health (re-)insurance is an advantage
- Member of an actuarial association (e.g. DAV)
- Precision and clarity in communication
- Pleasure in dealing and cooperating with colleagues
- Personality with competence in consistent implementation and persuasiveness
- Entrepreneurial and results-oriented thinking coupled with decisiveness
- Very high level of commitment, team spirit and initiative, creativity and organizational strength
