**About Delos Cloud**

**What you’ll do**
- You are responsible for operating the Delos Cloud IT Service Management tool that supports our IT and business processes
- You support the process owners and key users in mapping their processes in the tool and configure the appropriate features and functions with
- You work across functions with the teams to identify additive requirements and opportunities to extend the use of the ITSM tool capabilities
- As the service owner ITSM, you control the necessary services for your service, which may affect both technical operating and consulting services
- You train and support team members to ensure they have the necessary knowledge of the tool and its functions
- You are the first point of contact for the ITSM tool, the billing and licensing model, and you monitor the incurred and predicted costs and ensure intercompany billing
- You are in contact with the manufacturer to add the latest developments and functions to the roadmap, if this fits into our tool and ITSM strategy

**What you bring**
- 5+ years of experience in ITSM consulting or operations or a related field
- Deep knowledge of business process management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex process-related issues.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with process modeling and documentation tools, such as Visio, Adonis, SAP Signavio or Lucidchart
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent German and English language skills
