Im Rechnungswesen fühlst Du dich richtig wohl? Zahlen jonglieren, Geschäftsfälle dokumentieren, Buchungen erfassen - das ist genau Dein Ding? Perfekt, dann komm zu uns als Accounting Officer (m/w/d).

Als Accounting Officer (m/w/d) hast Du den Überblick über sämtliche Betriebseinnahmen und -ausgaben. Ob auch alle Buchungen passen? Das kontrollierst Du, indem Du Daten von Buchungen im Haupt
- und Nebenbuch abgleichst. Kein Problem für Dich, denn Du hast ein Auge fürs Detail und arbeitest gewissenhaft und fristgerecht. Noch dazu bekommst Du von Zahlen nie genug.

Genau deshalb kümmerst Du Dich zudem um die Bildung von Rechnungsabgrenzungsposten und Rückstellungen und bearbeitest wiederkehrende Belege. Außerdem erledigst Du alle Arten von außenwirtschaftlichen Meldungen, also zum Beispiel zusammenfassende Meldungen, statistische Meldungen und, und, und. Dabei hast Du natürlich auch regelmäßig mit anderen Geschäftsbereichen zu tun: Wenn andere Abteilungen Daten anfordern, arbeitest Du die gewünschten Unterlagen falls nötig auf und stellst sie bereit.

**Du hast Dich in der Beschreibung wiedergefunden?**:

- Du hast eine kaufmännische Ausbildung im Büromanagement oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
- eine Zusatzausbildung oder Berufserfahrung im Bereich Steuerrecht und/oder Buchhaltung sind ein Plus
- Du hast bereits Erfahrung im Buchen von Geschäftsvorfällen (Debitoren, Kreditoren, Banken, Kassen, auch Anlagevermögen)
- Du kannst problemlos Umsatzsteuer-Voranmeldungen sowie außenwirtschaftliche Meldungen durchführen - von der Abstimmung bis zur Übermittlung
- Du bist mit allen Tätigkeiten rund um den Monats
- sowie Jahresabschluss vertraut
- Du hast einen sicheren Umgang mit Anwendungen von SAP und MS Office
- Du bist für Deine gewissenhafte und termingerechte Arbeitsweise bekannt und arbeitest gerne im Team
