**Job Purpose**

The role of Field Sales Executive is important to us. We would love to welcome you to our team, supporting a territory around one hour from Berlin.

**Your responsibilities day to day will be**
- Selling our product portfolio across your territory within an hour of Munich and within an hour of Berlin, in a field / remote based role
- Achieve set monthly and quarterly sales targets including:

- Attending a minimum of 15-20 new business (1st) appointments per month
- Self-generating a minimum of 5 new business appointments per month
- Develop strategic understanding of our customer base including size, turnover, key stakeholders and business strategy
- Positively promote and upsell our Radius product portfolio
- Work closely with our product specialists and implementation team on all new customers - ensuring their journey from prospect to customer is seamless and professional
- Develop an excellent understanding of the internal sales process
- To have commercial acumen and maximise on the profit of each deal
- Mange and set clear expectations to customers - always look to exceed expectations
- Demonstrate accuracy when completing all paperwork
- Ensure the account handover process is followed diligently
- Ability to hold and professionally structure internal and external meetings

**What do we expect of you?**
- Demonstrable years sales experience, ideally in field or B2B sales
- Proven to be excellent at self-generating new business
- Previous experience working within telecoms is advantageous
- Flexibility towards company requirements
