For our **Bioanalytic **department in **Marburg**, we are looking for a

**Intern Viral Vector Bioanalytic (M/F/d) - R-212460**:
**Role**

We have an opportunity available for an Intern to join the R&D team at CSL Behring Innovation in Marburg. Our team focuses on delivery of new biotherapies to treat serious medical conditions. You will join a global network of scientists and engineers who develop and manufacture recombinant proteins, vaccines, and cell-based gene therapies for pre-clinical and human clinical trials.

**Main Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- Organize and analysis of Next Generation Sequencing data
- Establish a workflow for NGS data analysis
- Design and perform experiments to validate observed NGS results
- Evaluation and communication of results to the manager or project team in the form of a report or a presentation
- Creation and maintenance of records within internal documentation systems

**Experience in the following areas is an advantage**:

- Good R and/or Python programming skills
- Good molecular biology knowledge and hands-on experience PCR / RT-PCR / ddPCR
- Interest in both wet lab and Bioinformatics
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team member

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- A University Degree in a relevant field of Science (e.g. Bachelor or Master of Science in Life Sciences)
- English Level 2
