Jellyfish is looking for a Social Strategist to join the team

And we’re looking for our next brilliant mind to help lead our activity in EMEA on our biggest Creative accounts

Our Social Strategist will be the main guardian of our creative and content strategy output on all platforms, ecosystems, and channels.

Using your social expertise to help us grow our business by curating, connecting, and coordinating our creative output for our most important accounts; You’ll be able to lead and respond to briefs in strategic, exciting, and innovative ways - knowing the best methods to inspire creative excellence from the team around you.

From brief to pitch to delivery, you’ll set, oversee, collaborate with and galvanize the strategic direction. Executing bold creative strategies and content rollouts to produce best-in-class campaign activity.

Your book will be filled with campaign work for entertainment brands, and you’ll be immersed in digital culture, pop culture, and know what’s resonating right now at a local level.

You’ll be the strategic client contact for these exciting campaigns, lighting up a room (or Zoom) with your energy and personality, whether it’s pitching social content rollouts for a shiny new brand or product, developing the creative strategy for the year ahead, or checking in with the client mid-way through production to problem-solve, influence and make sure the work being delivered is to the highest standard.

Specifically:
Help us grow our Strategy and Creative offering by
- Being the bridge and glue between our Brand Planning and Creative teams to ensure that our ideas land in the very best way on the platforms
- Ensuring our creative output meets and exceeds client needs by providing social platform trends, feature updates, and audience culture insights
- Supporting and continuing to shape the strategic and creative teams at Jellyfish
- Supporting Creative Directors by curating our best ideas and ensuring they are fully suited for today’s platforms
- Working with Brand Planning, Paid Social, Organic social, and creator community to ensure we present a connected strategy for each platform
- Identifying opportunities for platform innovation within our creative proposals

Help us grow our business by
- Building the profile of our creative work and being a proactive evangelist for Jellyfish in the industry (social channels, speaker ops, PR)
- Helping us be more connected across organic and paid social
- Helping us identify the role of Creators in our work
- Being a key member of our creative community and helping us develop our creative product

**Qualifications**:

- 3- 5 years of experience as a Social Strategist (agency experience preferred)
- Ability to work autonomously and with a global team
- Fluent in German and English
- Able to work hybrid from our Berlin office
