Social Media Strategist

We are looking for a Senior Social Media Strategist based in Germany to be employed at our HQ in Berlin with a remote first policy. **DUTIES ON DECK**:

- Constant observation and analysis of results and activity on the social channels in comparison with each market and competitors
- Assisting market team members in understanding their results and encouraging optimisation through experimentation
- Sharing the newest Social Media trends and potential quick wins with Market teams
- Analyse and identify challenges in our social media channels and proposing solutions in order to overcome them
- Advise market teams on their overall Social Media strategy
- Encourage market teams to share knowledge and best practices
- Create reports for market teams to monitor their performance
- Maintain and research the tools used for posting and reporting
- Active collaboration with stakeholders, especially market heads
- Assisting market teams with proving new business cases for new channels (e.g. TikTok etc)
- Driving new projects with a focus on Social Media growth

**YOUR TREASURE OF EXPERIENCE**:

- 3+ experience in managing multiple Social Media Channels
- Self-motivated and able to efficiently manage a project without close supervision
- Excellent communication skills and a true team player
- Strong analytical skills (Google Analytics; Excel)
- Knowledge of known tools for social media is an advantage (Meta Business Suite, Fanpagekarma, Later, Storrito)
- Proactive and hands-on attitude, problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English
