We’re looking for a working student to join our talent acquisition team at Turba. If you want to get hands-on with tech recruiting and like figuring out how the right people end up in the right roles, this is the role for you
Tasks
- Help with Active Sourcing on LinkedIn & other platforms
- Support the full recruiting process, from first message to final offer
- Work closely with our engineering team to understand what we’re actually hiring for (beyond the job titles)
**Requirements**:
- Already dipped your toes into recruiting in an internship or working student role (tech recruiting is a big plus)
- Currently studying in the field of HR, Psychology, Business, or in a tech-related program
- You write and communicate clearly, even when things get a bit technical
- You’re someone who likes learning-by-doing - we’ll support you, promise ;)
