We are seeking a talented
** Motion Graphics Designer (M/F/d)** to join our dynamic Creative Department.

This individual will play a pivotal role in crafting visually engaging animations and graphics that resonate with our audience and reflect our branding objectives. You will work closely with the Social and Campaign team, adding depth and flair to our marketing initiatives. Your expertise will enhance our visual storytelling and brand messaging, ensuring MRM's content is memorable and captivating.

**About you**
- Strong social media skills, with an understanding of social channels like Instagram and TikTok, and an ability to adapt content to fit the unique requirements of each platform
- A sharp eye for design and meticulous attention to detail
- Organized, with an ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- Strong communication skills, with the aptitude to present and explain ideas clearly
- A collaborative spirit, ready to work in tandem with various teams and stakeholders

**Role Requirements**
- ** Crafting Visual Narratives**: Design and produce visually stunning motion graphics and animations that tell a story and align with our brand's voice and vision
- ** Tool Set**: Use industry-standard tools like Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Cinema 4D to bring ideas to life
- ** Enhancing Conten**t: Incorporate typography, visual effects, and sound design to augment the engagement and impact of our content
- ** Optimization**: Ensure motion graphics are adaptable across different screen sizes and resolutions for flawless playback
- ** Art Direction**:Provide direction and oversight to ensure that the visual elements of projects align with the brand's vision, style, and objectives
- ** Aesthetic Precision**: Showcase your eye for detail and design to produce high-quality motion graphics that resonate with our audience
- ** Innovative Thinking**:Contribute fresh and inventive ideas to the creative process
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with various teams, clients, and stakeholders
- ** Continuous Learning**: Continuously hone your skills to push the envelope of what's possible in motion graphics. E.g Generative AI

**Qualities and characteristics**
- Demonstrable experience as a Motion Graphics Designer, supported by a robust portfolio
- Proficient in Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, and other relevant tools
