**Job Summary**:
At Caiz, we’re building something different: a Fiqh-compliant blockchain ecosystem that empowers people through fair, fast, and ethical financial solutions. From Caiz Coin and Caiz Earn to Caiz Gold and more, our products are designed to align with Islamic financial principles while offering global utility.

We're looking for a **Digital & Motion Designer** who’s excited to craft clear, engaging visuals that bring our story to life across web, social, and product interfaces.

**What you'll do**:

- Design clean, on-brand visuals for social, product UIs, presentations, and marketing.
- Animate lightweight, web-ready motion assets (Lottie, SVG, etc.) for website and app.
- Collaborate with copywriters, developers, and creative leads to deliver polished experiences.
- Translate complex blockchain/crypto ideas into visual storytelling.
- Maintain brand consistency across touchpoints while experimenting with fresh ideas.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**:
What you bring:

- A strong portfolio that shows both visual finesse and motion skills.
- 3+ years in digital/motion design roles, ideally with UI experience.
- Proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and animation tools (e.g., Rive, Spline).
- Experience with blockchain/crypto is a bonus, but curiosity and adaptability are key.
- Able to deliver Lottie-compatible files and optimize animations for web/app.
- Fluent in English. Comfortable using Microsoft tools (Outlook 365, Teams) and Notion.
- Open to using AI tools to boost workflow efficiency.

**Level of studies**: Diploma, Bachelor or Master Degree in Design or similar

**Language Requirements**: Fluent in English
