If you’re excited by the idea of building the tools and solutions which will allow us to visualise data to stakeholders and teams across the business, you could be our next Team Lead - Data & Analytics Tools.

Key aspects of this role will include:

- Leading and developing a team within our Business Intelligence Centre of Excellence
- Supporting technical stakeholders in the development of our analytics tools and solutions
- Support both the team and individuals on their career development journey
- Live, promote and support the expansion of agile working and mindsets within the entire unit
- Strategic and operational optimization and growth of the department as part of our ongoing digital and brand transformations
- Resource and and budget planning

We would love to speak to those with a blend of some or all of the following:

- A strong background of academic or professional experience of business intelligence, data science or similar field
- A strong blend of both disciplinary and technical management experience to draw on
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum ways of working
- Practical knowledge and extensive experience in BI/Data Science tools, technologies and methodologies
- A good level of both written and spoken German and English
