**Your specific tasks**:
You design and implement our Rhebo GmbH von OFFICEmitte.de Managed Service. You will lead and develop your team with three to six employees. Your team accompanies the commissioning of our monitoring solution, the security analysis and the elimination of faults in the customer network and supports with all technical questions. Together you ensure high-quality service on the user side over the entire project life cycle. You plan and coordinate customer assignments in close cooperation with the team leaders from sales and development.
- You lead your managed security service team and continuously develop it.
- You design and implement service concepts up to SOC architectures.
- You are technically responsible for customer projects throughout the entire project life cycle - from the pre-sales phase to operation in the customer network.
- You support sales with new customer projects and product presentations.
- You provide technical support with the implementation of our monitoring solution, security analysis and troubleshooting.

- You bring your several years of professional experience in the field of managed services and/or SOC/IT environment with us.
