**Your Tasks**:
With your technical know-how and your experience in the SOC environment, you design and implement our Rhebo GmbH von ITmitte.de Managed Service. You will build up a service/support team with three to six employees, which you will lead professionally and disciplinary and continuously develop. Your team accompanies the commissioning of our monitoring solution, the security analysis and the elimination of faults in the customer network and supports with all technical questions. Together you ensure high-quality service on the user side over the entire project life cycle. You plan and coordinate customer assignments in close cooperation with the team leaders from sales and development.
- You build up a managed security service team, lead it professionally and disciplinary and continuously develop it.
- You design and implement service concepts up to SOC architectures.
- You are technically responsible for customer projects throughout the entire project life cycle - from the pre-sales phase to operation in the customer network.
- You provide technical support with the implementation of our monitoring solution, security analysis and troubleshooting.
- You support sales with new customer projects and product presentations.

**What you bring to the job**
- You have a technical degree, e.g. electrical engineering or computer science, or have a comparable qualification
- You bring your several years of professional experience in the field of managed services and/or SOC environment with us.
- You are happy to bring experience in agile project management methods with Scrum.
- You are a strong communicator who accompanies our customers as a service provider with persuasiveness. You also analyze complex problems quickly and keep a clear head.
- You are willing to travel flexibly in the D/A/CH region - once or twice a month
