- Support internal audits, assessments, and documentation efforts.
- Conduct training sessions to raise data protection awareness.
- Analyze data protection incidents and help implement preventative measures.

**Key Requirements**
- Solid understanding of the GDPR and hands-on experience with compliance practices.
- Degree in Business, Law, Computer Science, or a related field - career changers with relevant experience (e.g., IT, compliance, consulting) are welcome.
- Certification in data protection (e.g., CIPP/E, EU-DSGVO) is a plus.
- Technical affinity, ideally with experience in SaaS or IaaS environments.
- Strong interest in data privacy, with a willingness to learn both legal and technical concepts.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with an ability to grasp complex processes.
- Excellent communication skills in German and English.
- Confident using tools like Microsoft Office, Jira, and Confluence - and open to learning new ones.

***Our Benefits**:

- **Competitive Rewards**: Including profit-sharing and employee stock program.
- **Structured Onboarding & Continuous Development**: Clear career paths onboarding through Expert & Leadership Tracks, plus access to ATOSS Academy.
- **Flexible Work Culture**: Hybrid options (remote within the EU), 30 days of vacation, and a strong commitment to diversity & inclusion.
