**Teleoperation & Data Quality Specialist (M/F/d)**:
Location: Stuttgart-Vaihingen, Germany - 100 % on-site presence

**Overview**:
We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented full-time team member with a passion for robots and a strong sense of ownership. You thrive on precision, take pride in your work, and have the reliability and drive needed to help us scale our robotic operations.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- ** Robot Teleoperation**: Operate state-of-the-art robots using a VR headset to collect high-quality, real-world data
- ** Quality Assurance**: Review and ensure the quality of data and outputs—both your own and those of others
- ** Data Labeling**: Accurately annotate visual data (e.g., images, point clouds) at scale
- ** Coding**: Debug minor coding issues and assist with operational improvements
- ** Teamwork**:Collaborate in a fast-paced, innovative tech environment

**Your Qualifications**:

- Reliable, goal-oriented, and eager to contribute in a hands-on robotics environment
- Completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Demonstrated experience in precise, detail-oriented work
- Familiarity with datasets and structured data workflows
- Basic understanding of Python and robotics systems
- Comfortable wearing a VR headset for extended periods (note: our headsets are not compatible with glasses; corrective alternatives are required)
- Reliable, goal-oriented, and eager to grow in a hands-on robotics environment
