Sales Development Representative

**We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Sales Development Representative (SDR)** to help us build our sales engine from the ground up. As one of the first sales hires, you’ll play a key role in opening doors and creating pipeline from scratch — driving revenue, shaping our outreach strategies, and working closely with our sales managers to scale a high-impact business.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Lead Research & Prospecting**: Independently identify and qualify potential customers using various channels
- **CRM Management**: Diligently document all activities and insights in the CRM to ensure transparency and team alignment.
- **Sales Team Collaboration**: Work closely with our sales managers to share feedback, refine targeting, and boost conversion rates.

**Requirements**:
**Skills & experience you will need**
- **Experience** in sales execution or a similar role
- Proven success in ambitious settings
- Very strong **communication and listening skills**:
- Excellent **organizational and project management skills**, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Fluent in **German** & **English**
**Great to have ➕**
- Proven ability to manage **hubspot** and analyze data to drive revenue growth
- Fluent in French
