In dieser wichtigen Position steuern Sie die permanente Optimierung der Anlagen in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich und die Fehlerbehebung im täglichen Betrieb. Sie stellen sicher, dass die Produktqualitäten (vom Blenden bis zur Ausstellung des Qualitätszertifikats) sowie die Abwasserqualität jederzeit innerhalb der zulässigen Parameter liegen. Sie verbessern fortlaufend die bereits hohe Verfügbarkeit der TRM-Anlagen durch aktive und systematische Teilnahme an den Prozessen der technischen Integrität, Verfügbarkeit und REX (Lernen aus Erfahrung). Zu diesem Zweck führen, motivieren und entwickeln Sie Ihr Team von 50 Mitarbeitern, indem Sie als Coach fungieren und die Kompetenzen der Mitarbeiter durch angemessene Schulungen stärken. Schließlich überwachen Sie als Vertragsmanager die Leistung des Kraftwerkbetriebes und der MIPRO-Pipeline, um einen störungsfreien Betrieb zu gewährleisten.
- Als Business Team Leader führen Sie ein multidisziplinäres Team, das die Bereiche Sicherheit, Wartung und Inspektion umfasst. Sie stehen in direktem Kontakt mit Auftragnehmern, Lieferanten, Prüf
- und Überwachungsstellen sowie mit verschiedenen Behörden und vertreten die Raffinerie im Betriebsausschuss des Joint Ventures MVL (Rohöltransport in Deutschland). Sie berichten an den Betriebsleiter.**Your Tasks**:
In this important position you steer the permanent optimization of the units in your area of responsibility and the trouble shooting of daily operation. You ensure the product qualities (from blending up to issuance of certificate of quality) as well as the wastewater quality within the allowed parameters at all times. You relentlessly improve the already high availability of TRM utilities by active and systematic participation in both the technical integrity, availability and REX (learning from experience) processes. To do so you lead, motivate and develop your team of 50 employees by acting as a coach and strengthen staff competences by providing adequate training. Finally, as a Contract Manager you monitor the performance of the subcontracted power plant and the MIPRO pipeline to safeguard a trouble-free operation.
- As a Business Team Leader you will manage a multi-disciplinary team including safety, maintenance and inspection. You will be in direct contact with contractors, suppliers, testing and monitoring bodies as well as to different public authorities and represent the refinery in the Operations Committee of the MVL JV (crude oil transportation in Germany). You will report to the operations manager.

**Gesuchtes Profil**
- Sie sind Diplom-Ingenieur für Verfahrens-/Chemietechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung und verfügen über mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im technischen Bereich, verbunden mit Führungserfahrung und einem ausgeprägten Sinn für Sicherheit.
- Sie verfügen über ausgeprägte organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten und wirken als Motivator für das Personal in Ihrem Bereich. Englisch sprechen Sie fließend.**Your Profil**

You are a chartered engineer for process / chemical engineering or similar specialty with at least 5 years’ experience of technical skills together with managerial experience and a strong sense for safety.
- You have strong organizational and communication skills and act as motivator for the personnel in your area.
- You are fluent in English. You have an intermediate German level with the eagerness to learn in order to facilitate and integrate into the local teams.
