Admin Support: “general Affairs“

Unterstützung des General Affairs Teams im Tagesgeschäft und bei administrativen Aufgaben
- Koordination und Organisation von Terminen, Meetings und Veranstaltungen
- Verwaltung und Pflege von Dokumenten und Datenbanken
- Unterstützung bei der Beschaffung von indirekten Materialien und Dienstleistungen
- Kommunikation und Korrespondenz mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
- Erstellung von Berichten, Präsentationen und Protokollen
- Unterstützung des Facility Management Teams bei Projekten und operativen Aufgaben
- Unterstützung des Indirect Procurement Teams bei Einkaufsprozessen und Lieferantenmanagement

**Requirements**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufserfahrung im Assistenzbereich, idealerweise im Facility Management oder Einkauf
- Ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen
- Kommunikationsstärke und Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
