In the Division Reinsurance Controlling (RIC), the responsibilities of controlling and management reporting are bundled together to ensure a uniform controlling process. RIC advises the Reinsurance Committee (RVA), Reinsurance CEO and the Reinsurance CFO in respect of the current economics of the Reinsurance Segment and proper allocation of resources. RIC advises divisional board members and divisional leaders accordingly in respect of their operative units. In parallel to the Reinsurance Controlling mission, RIC is enabling the global provision of structured internal Reinsurance Data as the Global Process Owner for Reporting.

Our recently extended Planning and Monitoring team in RIC is responsible for the provision of the internal steering data for Property & Casualty globally. In context of our evolving reporting product portfolio we are looking for a colleague with a strong data analytics and BI background to support our team in the transformation phase and beyond.

Your job
- Become an expert in the controlling relevant KPIs, metrics, source data and reporting set up
- Collect the data and analysis needs of our stakeholders in the controlling and business units
- Prepare and deploy legacy quality assurance and reporting products and in parallel foster their transfer into the target reporting landscape
- Be responsible for the data quality of a specific product or business unit
- Develop custom-fit dashboards
- Identify automation opportunities and lead their implementation

**Profile**:

- University degree in business (-engineering), information technologies, maths or similar
- Considerable skills in data analytics, data management and respective tools, such as Power BI
- Relevant working experience in the area of Finance or IT with focus on data analytics and BI topics

- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
