**Job Definition**:
As Head of Production Planning & Control you are responsible for the efficient and targeted planning of capacities and resources. This position will centralize production planning to create more efficient and effective workflows.

In your daily work you can expect the following:

- **Resource Allocation**: Efficient long-term capacity and resource planning in close coordination with other teams to ensure optimal use of resources in terms of capacity, time and costs
- **Monitoring**:Keep track of work progress and costs and proactively adjust for variances, creating status transparency while keeping other shareholders up to date
- **Reporting**: Determine and monitor KPIs to keep a constant eye on the right use of resources and the achievement of objectives
- **Ensure Availability**: Make sure that all operation resources of the department operations are available
- **People Management**: Supervise a team of experts on a professional and operational level. Conduct feedback sessions with individual employees and supervise personnel-related topics

**Job Qualification**:

- 2+ years professional experience in a similar role
- Experience in short
- and long-term capacity and resource planning, identifying dependencies, prioritising and planning orders and monitoring, monitoring progress and making adjustments
- Experience in defining requirements for the different teams in the area of responsibility
- Expertise in stake
- and shareholder management
- Highly structured way of working with a high demand for quality
- Very good presentation and moderation skills in front of all levels
- Very good Englisch language skills
