You will be part of the Data Science team mainly focused on developing Automated Valuation Model (AVM). The team consists of data Engineers and Data scientists with various academic background from computer science to statistics and mathematics and have extensive experience in the field of property valuation and predictive analytics. The team mainly develops AVMs and property analytics based on machine learning and AI algorithm. As a member of the Sprengnetter AVM team, you will be responsible for the design, implementation and deployment of efficient machine learning algorithm and automated processes.

**About Sprengnetter**:
Since 1978, Sprengnetter has been making property valuations easier, safer and more efficient. The company supports its partners in the banking and real estate industry with innovative software solutions, comprehensive and up-to-date market data, professional services, specialist literature and a wide range of seminars on training and further education.

**Responsibilities**:

- Design and implementation of AI and ML algorithms for the property market
- Deployment of AI and ML prediction model to production
- Optimisation and scaling of current AVM processes in production
- Building, automating and maintaining of the AVM calibration infrastructure
- Monitoring and improvement of the performance and qualities of our solution
- Collaboration with DevOps for deployment to production
- Collaboration with Product Managers on new solutions and products

**Requirements**:

- Preferably a degree in computer science, physics, mathematics or equivalent
- At least 3 years experience within the data science field with a proven track record
- Strong AI and ML skills
- Strong skills and experience with Python and ML libraries: Tensorflow, Keras, Scipy
- Experience with other programing languages: SQL, R, C#
- Experience in using ML in production and containerization
- Good knowledge of data quality and data structure
- Experience with data pipeline tools, data visualisation and dash boarding tools (e.g., PowerBI)
- Display of good research and organisational abilities
- Good level of English, German a plus
