**Werde Teil des Teams in Hamburg als**:
**Legal Counsel / Jurist Mietrecht (m/w/d)**:
**Deine Aufgaben**:

- Mit Deiner Expertise bildest Du zusammen mit anderen Kollegen das juristische Backoffice im Commercial Property Management innerhalb der ECE Group.
- Du bist verantwortlich für die Umsetzung von Verhandlungsergebnissen in Mietverträgen und sonstigen Verträgen in den von der ECE betreuten Shopping-Centern.
- Du koordinierst die Gegenzeichnung der Vertragsunterlagen von der internen Freigabe bis zum Abschluss des Unterschriftsprozesses.
- Den Kollegen stehst Du als kompetenter Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) zur Verfügung und berätst diese in mietrechtlichen Fragestellungen.

**Dein Profil**:

- Das Fundament Deines Erfolges bildet ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes juristisches Studium.
- Idealerweise hast Du erste Erfahrung in der Gestaltung gewerblicher Mietverträge sammeln können.
- Du hast Spaß daran, Deine IT-Affinität im Bereich Legal-Tech einzubringen und mithilfe von Legal Operations die Prozesse und strategische Arbeit zu vereinfachen.
- Kommunikationsstärke sowie Teamfähigkeit und Dienstleistungsorientierung zeichnen Dich besonders aus.
- Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden Dein Profil ab.
