Your tasks

We are a growing organisation who is looking for a dedicated Working Student for our HR Team.

You have the great opportunity to learn about HR from A to Z and at the same time quickly take over responsibility within a small but ambitious HR team.

**Your role**:
Support our HR Manager in all general HR topics - from recruiting to offboarding of employees
- Take responsibility in the recruiting process.
- Coordinate the recruiting journey
- Onboarding of new employees
- Your role will be to arrange a good start for our new employees from A-Z
- Support the HR team in their daily business
- Be part of the definition and implementation of HR processes
- Data management in our HR tools and preparation of reports

**Profile**:

- You have a hands-on mentality and want to make a difference in your work.
- You are convinced that employees are the most important asset of a company and therefore enjoy accompanying them throughout the entire employee life cycle
- You cooperate trustfully and constructively with employees as well as our leaders
- Your organised way of working still gives you the flexibility to adapt to changes
- You are working on receiveing a university degree ideally majoring in Human Resources or an equivalent education
- You are work proficient in German as well as English
- Experience working with Personio is desirable
