**Your Responsibilities**:
- MorphoSys AG is looking for a working student to assist the Global Compliance department with various activities. The job offers a great opportunity to learn more about Healthcare Compliance in a biopharmaceutical company. In this position you will support the Global Compliance Team in the following tasks:
- Collection of information about regulations in scope of interactions with Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Healthcare Organizations (HCOs) by collaborating with various business departments
- Collection of information about HCP obligations in different jurisdictions to create a SharePoint-based library in collaboration with various functions
- Creation and review of training materials (e.g., presentations, eLearnings)
- Transparency reporting activities of MorphoSys
- Update and translation of MorphoSys' global and local policies and Compliance documents
- Administrative tasks during vacation season
**Job Qualifications**:
- Enrolled student of Law or Economics or related disciplines
- German at a native speaker level, fluent in English
- Analytical thinking
- Integrity
- Objectivity
- Ability to work across diverse functions in a company
- Technical/IT affinity
