- Novocure ist ein weltweit tätiges Onkologie-Unternehmen mit dem Ziel, durch die Entwicklung und Vermarktung seiner innovativen Therapie Tumor Treating Fields (TTFields), das Leben von Patienten mit einigen der aggressivsten Formen von Krebs zu verlängern. Die kommerziell verfügbaren Produkte von Novocure sind für die Behandlung erwachsener Patienten mit Glioblastom und malignem Pleuramesotheliom zugelassen. Novocure verfügt über laufende oder abgeschlossene klinische Studien, in denen die Anwendung der TTFields bei Hirnmetastasen, nicht-kleinzelligem Lungenkrebs, Pankreaskrebs, Eierstockkrebs, Leberkrebs und Magenkrebs untersucht wird bzw. wurde.

Novocure unterhält seinen Hauptsitz in Root (Schweiz) und betreibt in den USA Standorte in Portsmouth (New Hampshire), Malvern (Pennsylvania) und New York City (New York). Darüber hinaus unterhält das Unternehmen Niederlassungen in Deutschland, der Schweiz, Japan und Israel.

**Operation Support Specialist (m/w/d)**

**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Als Operations Support Specialist sind Sie in Abstimmung mit anderen Kollegen im Revenue-Bereich für eine konsistente Verwaltung des Dokumentenflusses verantwortlich. Zu Ihrem Aufgabenbereich gehören auch das Scannen, die Ablage und andere damit verbundene operative Aufgaben
- Um die Qualität der Informationen sicherzustellen, unterstützen Sie auch bei der Durchführung von Qualitätsprüfungen und bei Bedarf auch bei Audits oder anderen Projekten
- Sie machen sich mit den Anforderungen des Novocure-Qualitätssystems vertraut und stellen die Einhaltung der Richtlinien sicher
- In Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsführung und Ihrem Team übernehmen Sie weitere projektbezogene Aufgaben

**Ihr Profil**:

- Sie haben Ihre Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen und konnten bereits Berufserfahrungen in einem administrativen Bereich sammeln
- Zudem verfügen Sie über eine hohe Sensibilität gegenüber Patienten
- und ihren Datenschutzrechten
- Ihre organisatorischen Fähigkeiten mit viel Liebe zum Detail sind ausgeprägt
- Ihre Arbeitsweise zeichnet sich durch eine hohe Eigenmotivation
- und die Bereitschaft aus, im Leben von Krebspatienten einen Unterschied zu machen
- Es fällt Ihnen leicht, Prioritäten zu setzen und Ihre Zeit effizient unter Einhaltung von Fristen zu managen
- Sie kommunizieren sicher in Deutsch und bringen grundlegende Englischkenntnisse mit
