For a maternity leave coverage, we are currently looking for a

Partner Operations Specialist (m/f/d) – Credit Business Operations

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage relationships with external financial partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Drive cross-functional projects to improve customer experience and reduce operational friction.
  • Identify operational gaps and propose requirements for new initiatives.
  • Resolve customer-impacting issues and ensure smooth operations.
  • Support new payment products or functionalities post-launch.
  • Develop and monitor performance metrics, conduct deep dives, and implement efficiency improvements.
  • Create internal documentation and contribute to process standardization and automation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in program or project management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages such as German, French, Spanish, or Italian are a plus).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on approach, solution-oriented mindset, and strong organizational skills.
