**Aufgaben**:

- und Entwicklungsprojekte und trägt durch professionelle Kommunikation aktiv zu deren Wirksamkeit in unseren Bauprojekten bei.
Als Function Lead (m/w/d) Communication innerhalb der SID übernehmen Sie folgende Aufgaben:
- Sie führen, begeistern und fördern das derzeit 7-köpfige Team und motivieren die Mitarbeiter:innen zu persönlichen Bestleistungen
- Sie übernehmen die Schnittstellenfunktion zur Direktionsleitung-/ Zentralbereichsleitung, den Stakeholdern innerhalb der SID sowie zur Konzernkommunikation
- Sie organisieren und verantworten inhaltliche Aufgaben der Function und leiten das Team in deren operativer Durchführung
- Sie verantworten die Operationalisierung des Zusammenarbeitsmodells zwischen SID Communication, dezentralen Kommunikator:innen und den Fachabteilungen
- Sie steuern die kommunikative Begleitung von Projekten, stellen ein einheitliches, professionelles Bild der SID nach innen und außen sicher und verantworten die strategische Kommunikation des Zentralbereichs
- Sie treiben die (Weiter-)Entwicklung verschiedener Kommunikationsformate, um die innovativen Botschaften des Zentralbereichs state-of-the-art und zielgruppengerecht kommunizieren zu können
**Qualifikationen**:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing/Kommunikation/Journalismus/Medien
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Unternehmenskommunikation, idealerweise im Unternehmenskontext und mit inhaltlichem Schwerpunkt im Bereich Projektkommunikation
- Erfahrungen in der Führung und Entwicklung von Teams
- Hohe Affinität für ein technisches Umfeld, insbesondere im Bau-, Immobilien
- und Infrastruktursektor sowie Wissen in den Bereichen Digitalisierung, Nachhaltigkeit und Innovationen
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations
- und Teamfähigkeit sowie hohe soziale Kompetenzen
- Überdurchschnittliches Maß an Engagement und Umsetzungskraft sowie eine ausgeprägte strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Verhandlungssichere Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohes Interesse an neuen, modernen Kommunikationsformaten und -technologien
- Interkulturelle Kompetenz und Reisebereitschaft (vorwiegend im DACH Raum)
