As a Product Expert AIM you support product manager in specific areas with balanced view on functional and technical perspective. This includes analyzing customer requirements, designing, planning, implementing, and optimizing functional and/or technical components.

Aufgaben
- Administration and further expansion of our hybrid AD environment (onPrem/MS Azure)
- Operating, Monitoring, Debugging and Troubleshooting of the responsible IT systems (AD onPrem/MS Azure, Intune, DNS, ADFS, NTP, PKI, GPO)
- Performing various administrative tasks (e.g. Level 2/Level 3 Incident Management) within the complex IT landscape
- Contribution in IT projects with focus on Active Directory (onPrem/MS Azure), Domain Services, File Services and migrations to Google Cloud
- Further development and improvement of IT concepts and processes
- Creation and updating of documentation and manuals
Qualifikation
- Several years of professional experience as Microsoft Infrastructure Systems Engineer
- Experience in working in large and complex environments
- Good knowledge of creating scripts and tasks using Microsoft PowerShell
- You are a trained IT specialist and have professional experience in this field incl. proven skills in integrating Google identity. MCITP, MCSE, MCSA and/or Azure, Intune certifications are desirable
- Comprehensive technical understanding and knowledge of the product responsibility area (functional and technical), as well as knowledge of coding and scripting languages, tests
- Experience in the use of agile methods and working methods
- You think in a solution and customer-oriented way and are open-minded towards new technologies

- Excellent communication skills (English and German fluent)
